Gwyneth Paltrow to open hair salon

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed she will be opening a blow dry hair salon in Los Angeles.

The actress will collaborate with personal trainer Tracy Anderson and star hairstylist David Babaii to launch the new salon.

The trio's grooming parlour will be located inside Tracy's fitness studio in Brentwood, California.

The news follows the recent announcement about celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe's DreamDry bar, which opened in February to huge success in Manhattan.

Tracy revealed the salon will be in conjunction with her training studio, to offer women a complete transformation.

"We are so excited to have partnered with David Babaii on the blow dry bar that we'll be offering to members of our flagship studio located in Brentwood, California," Tracy told cosmopolitan.com.

"As our members transform themselves into the women and men they want to be [in the studio], the David Babaii team will design a hairstyle customised for their face shape and lifestyle."

Gwyneth is well known for promoting a healthy lifestyle. Keeping true to her beliefs, the salon will be selling cruelty-free products. The 14 items are from David's haircare line, which is famous for being without sulfates, parabens and petrochemicals.

"It’s not just going to be a blowout bar," David revealed to PEOPLE.

"It's going to be 'Hey, why don't we do this with style your new body? It's more about your lifestyle. There's no judgment.’"

The opening will take place on April 4.
