Heather Graham makes time for indulging

Heather Graham

Heather Graham loves getting massages and always tries her best to treat herself.

The 43-year old actress feels that it is important to take time out to take care of herself. She loves to get pampered because she thinks that life is too short.

“When I was a kid I used to think, oh people who get massages are so wasteful and why are you wasting money on such a thing. But now I just think you could die tomorrow, you should just spend that money on a massage," she told UK magazine OK! "I feel like I’m getting better at doing a lot of nice things for myself.”

Heather has many routines to make sure that she is taking care of herself. One way she does this is by trying to always get as much sleep possible. Heather also enjoys yoga as a way to keep in shape and keep her mind at peace. The star is a fan of mediation and generally tries her best to be happy.

The actress stars in The Hangover Part III which is set to be released world-wide next month. Heather is reprising her role as Jade, an exotic dancer. The star needed to get into shape for the part which had Heather showing a lot of skin on screen.

Co-star Zach Galifianakis made headlines recently when it was reported he has gone on a heath kick. Zach has completely changed the way he eats cutting out things like sugar and gluten altogether.

Heather also admits to being super health conscious at times.

“I didn’t used to be like that [heath obsessed] I’d eat candy but, because I feel better if I don’t I don’t usually do it. But if I go to Italy or somewhere that has the best bread ever, I will eat it, but I don’t eat a lot of white flour on a daily basis.” Heather explained.
