Janie Bryant always aims to "accentuate" Christina Hendricks' hourglass figure on Mad Men.

Janie Bryant is responsible for the gorgeous outfits debuted on the show and has captured the hearts of viewers with her brilliant '60s-style fashion.

Christina portrays Joan Harris in the series and is famed for her red locks and curvaceous figure.

Janie is used to working with the buxom beauty and has one key tip for making the most of the actress' shape.

"Accentuate your waist!" she exclaimed to OK! when asked about dressing curvy girls.

January Jones stars as Betty Francis in Mad Men, while Jessica Paré plays Megan Draper and Elisabeth Moss takes on the role of Peggy Olson.

Janie has different visions when dressing the girls.

"It really depends on the character. For Betty, I love for her to wear pearl necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. For Megan, she's more forward in fashion, so I love great hoops for her and long necklaces with medallions," she revealed.

"For Peggy, it's about modesty and simplicity - I like her to wear small earrings in all different metals, depending on her costume. Joan is the character that always wears bold brooches, earrings to match, and chunky bracelets. Her character is bold and feminine and these accessories illustrate the point perfectly."

Mad Men is currently in its sixth season.
