Jenna: I’m a fit mom
Jenna Dewan-Tatum enjoyed keeping fit during her pregnancy and has a work-out routine to maintain her post-baby figure.
The American actress and her husband Channing Tatum welcomed their daughter Everly into the world four months ago.
The pair moved to north London during the late stages of Jenna's pregnancy while Channing filmed his upcoming movie Jupiter Ascending.
Even when heavily pregnant the brunette beauty enjoyed keeping active.
"I just recently had a baby, but I stayed in shape [throughout my pregnancy]," she tells the November issue Self in a behind-the-scenes video. "I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking, anything that made me feel good."
Jenna managed to lose 33 pounds in seven weeks after giving birth. She continued to share her work-out tips and how they amuse Channing.
"I do a 35-minute hip-hop workout my trainer gave me. Chan laughs because he walks in on me doing my routine to Lil Wayne in the living room. He hasn't jumped in yet, but I'm going to have to work on that!" she laughed.
While she is happy with her trim post-baby figure she revealed her husband loves her body no matter how it looks. She praises him for being there for her and encouraging her to feel comfortable.
"Channing is super supportive. He can't stop saying how amazing it is what the woman's body goes through," she smiled. "In the past, if my jeans weren't fitting right, I'd work out. Now, if they're not fitting right, I'm like 'Oh, well! I'll get to the gym soon.' Chan loves my new [curvier] figure... There's no complaints on his side, for sure!"
