Jennifer Aniston has revealed which part of her body is toughest to keep in shape.
The 44-year-old former Friends star is famed for her svelte physique and loves to show it off in tiny outfits on the red carpet.
Jennifer may look like the picture of body perfection, but the star still struggles with certain insecurities.
“My butt [is the toughest],” she laughed to Access Hollywood.
“My butt just has a tendency to go right and left. And I’d like it to go up! It’s not even going down… so it just hits the right and the left a little bit and it’s like, ‘What’s that all about?!’”
In her latest film, We’re the Millers, Jennifer has even more of an opportunity to show off her figure.
The role involved stripping, meaning the actress intensified her workouts.
“You might see more than you want to see,” she joked.
“[Stripping] was so much fun. I had a great choreographer – she was fantastic, and it was to great music and it was fun… [I] just doubled the amount that [I] normally do… You get up into my age and you’ve gotta do a little bit more.”
Yoga is Jennifer’s favourite method of exercise and the star admits she and her instructor Mandy Ingber looked slightly different before working out regularly.
“We were a lot rounder,” she laughed to People magazine.
“We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs.”
Fitness guru Mandy has been busy promoting her new book Yogalosophy: 28 Days To the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, with pal Jennifer attending a celebration in West Hollywood earlier this week.
The actress showed of her long legs in a little black dress but explained she hasn’t always been so happy with them.
“That was always my, 'Ugh', my legs,” she admitted.
“That's why I credit her [Mandy] for [them] – with yoga.”
