Jennifer Lawrence: Dior role is dreamy
Jennifer Lawrence says being the new face of the Miss Dior handbag line is a "dream".
The Oscar-nominated actress will make her debut in a campaign for the French fashion house in March next year.
Jennifer will replace fellow actress Mila Kunis, who is currently the face of the range.
"It's such a dream to represent an iconic brand that is synonymous with high fashion," Jennifer told WWD.
This is the 22-year-old's first collaboration with a luxury brand.
She is also the first celebrity face to be inducted into the house of Dior since Raf Simons took over as head designer this year.
Jennifer follows in the footsteps of Hollywood greats such as Marion Cotillard, Charlize Theron and Natalie Portman, who have all worked for with the label.
The American star's fashion credentials are soaring at the moment. She covers the November edition of British Vogue, and was photographed for the US version of the publication's September issue.
The Hunger Games actress has previously claimed she doesn't take too long over her red carpet appearance.
"It's impossible to be in the industry without getting even the slightest introduction to fashion," she revealed.
