Jennifer Lopez 'exercises at 4am'
Jennifer Lopez begins her vigorous exercise regime at 4am in the morning.
The 42-year-old showed off an incredible toned stomach and killer abs when she took to the stage in Brazil recently.
It has been revealed exactly what it takes to get a body like hers. Jennifer is "completely dedicated" to her workout programme that includes starting early.
"She gets up at 4am, six days a week, and does 90 minutes of Pilates and dance cardio," a source close to the Latino superstar admitted. "She works out like crazy."
As well as putting in the time and effort with her exercise, Jennifer has had some help getting her into the shape she is today.
She works out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, follows a high-protein Dukan diet and eats little and often in between her workouts.
An insider told UK magazine Heat that "she has an assistant who brings her snacks at exact times" which is beneficial to helping Jennifer stick to her diet plan.
The star gave birth to her twins Max and Emme in 2008. She has spoken about her battle to lose the baby weight.
"I struggled to get rid of the last 20lbs," she previously admitted.
