Jessica Alba: Exercise calms me

Jessica Alba supplements her workout regime with laser procedures.

At 33 the actress has given birth to daughters Honor and Haven but still maintains a trim figure and is constantly topping polls of Hollywood's sexiest stars.

Part of the secret is her love of working out and staying healthy.

"I do a lot of hot yoga, spinning and running. For me, the most important part is that good feeling you get after exercising," she explained to grazia-magazin.de.

"It just clears your head. I train about three to five times a week. I also like laser treatments because they encourage collagen production and tighten up the skin."

Despite her toned physique, Jessica has weak spots: she's not a fan of her thighs and claims her bottom has started to sag. But there is one thing she's extremely proud of.

"My skin. I really look after it and try to have regular peelings and moisturise," she shared.

"Skin needs a lot of moisture and that's why I drink so much water."

The star sticks to natural cosmetics, favouring the Dr. Hauschka, Korres and Annemarie Börlind brands.

But even someone like Jessica has a vice.

"I eat tons of popcorn," she laughed. "I have a cinema popcorn machine in my office and have it every day, with lots of salt. I just can't stop; I'm addicted! But it's OK, because I have very low blood pressure and my doctor told me to have some salt. So that's my excuse."
