Jessica Simpson ‘stays tiny for husband’
Jessica Simpson’s friends are reportedly concerned her weight loss regimen has gone too far.
The 34-year-old singer-turned-fashionista is married to NFL player Eric Johnson and the couple share two children together, daughter Maxwell, who turns three in May, and son Ace, 20 months.
Jessica gained a significant amount of pregnancy weight, but last year she debuted a slim figure achieved through hardcore dieting and exercise, and apparently she doesn’t want to stop her extreme health routine anytime soon.
“One of Jessica’s main motivations for slimming down recently was to keep things white hot with Eric, because he’s made no secret of the fact he’s turned on by her tiny waist,” an insider told America’s OK! magazine.
It’s claimed Jessica’s loved ones are growing concerned over her dramatic weight loss, as they purportedly believe she’s far too thin to be healthy.
“A lot of Jessica’s friends are worried she’s gone way too far with the dieting and have tried to talk sense into her,” the source said. “But her response is always the same, ‘Eric likes me when I’m tiny.’
“She’s down to 100lbs and getting more emaciated by the day.”
It was previously reported Jessica’s enthusiasm for controlling what she eats has spilled into her personal relationships.
Rumours emerged claiming she is even keeping her goods away from those of her husband and kids.
"She eats extremely small portions and survives on juices and Diet Coke,” a source told British magazine Closer previously.
"She has a separate fridge to Eric and the kids and has gluten-free porridge for breakfast, an omelette for lunch, then protein and veg for dinner. She works out five times a week and goes for five-mile runs at least three mornings too. Her only vice is alcohol."
