Jessica Simpson's exercise regime revealed
Trainer Harley Pasternak has revealed Jessica Simpson's workout regime.
The blonde star is looking more fantastic than ever after losing weight following the birth of her children Ace and Maxwell, who she has with fiancé Eric Johnson.
Her trainer Harley Pasternak has shared Jessica's workout secrets, and how often the actress-and-singer takes part in various activities.
"Jess aims to take 12,000 steps a day, so she constantly burns off fat," he told British magazine Closer. "She tracks her steps with a pedometer. She does non-stop circuits three or four times a week, with upper-body exercise like bicep curls, an abdominal move such as a 60-second plank, and exercise like hamstring curls to keep her legs toned."
Jessica is rumoured to be tying the knot with her beau on July 4. This is one of the reasons she has worked hard to get back in shape and has been showing off her new svelte figure while out and about and in photos on her Instagram account.
"Jessica has lost 70 pounds over the past ten months. It's taken a huge amount of work, but she's done it - and she couldn't be happier," a source previously told the American edition of OK! magazine. "She has been working so hard to stun not only her wedding guests but the entire country with how glamorous she'll be looking on her wedding day."
It is also thought the 33-year-old beauty has designed her own wedding dress, keeping the look true to her "Southern roots".
