Jessica Simpson has been keeping fit with daily walks in between sessions with her personal trainer.
The blonde star has shed the weight recently, reportedly dropping more than 60lbs to reach her goal weight after giving birth to son Ace in June last year.
She's been showing off her slimmed down figure in a number of stylish outfits, and sources say it's all thanks to her new attitude to exercise.
One insider divulged that Jessica works out with her trainer Harley Pasternak for 45 minutes, three days a week and takes it upon herself to stay fit in the days between sessions.
"[She's focusing on] everything. She needs to look good all over,” the source told People magazine. "She goes for walks with her kids and her [fiancé, Eric Johnson] because she likes to keep moving when she’s not with him [Harley]. She’s very adamant about making sure she’s active when he’s not around so she tries to get in 10,000 steps a day.”
Jessica has been engaged to former NFL star Eric since 2010, and the couple also have daughter Maxwell together.
To make sure she keeps up her new exercise regime, the 33-year-old The Dukes of Hazzard star incorporates moderate workouts into her everyday life, and is often spotted walking around near her home.
"She likes walking in her neighbourhood and people often see her doing that. She really enjoys the workouts. [Because] she loves it, she’s consistent. It’s the one constant in her life that she’s always done no matter what's happening," the insider added.
