Jessie J: Thai boxing keeps me trim

Jessie J doesn't mind that one of her legs is more muscular than the other, as no one's perfect.

The 26-year-old boasts a slender figure, which she often puts on display in skin-tight or revealing ensembles. At her home in London, UK, Jessie has everything she needs to keep in shape and maintain her UK size 8 figure.

"I bought a gym. I got equipment so I can work out in my living room. I do lots of circuit training, which involves lots of squats," she explained to British magazine Closer. "I also do a bit of Thai boxing, which is amazing. I can definitely look after myself!"

She's on the go so much that it hasn't gone without its problems. In 2011 she tore a ligament during a rehearsal for her show at Wembley and now has arthritis in her foot. But that doesn't stop her from busting moves when on stage and giving energetic performances.

"The muscles in both legs are back to normal after my injury," she reassured fans. "I injured my left foot and that still aches. My right leg is a little bit more muscular in comparison, but that's OK, no one's perfect!"

This is a mantra the star lives by and she has even sung about in the past. During an interview earlier this year she spoke of how she has learnt how to accept her body over time and doesn't care what others think of her.

“I’ve been through all these looks and hairstyles and I feel like now I know myself. My boobs are small, my legs are long, I’m skinny, I’ve got man hands… and I say, ‘Fix up, no one gives a sh*t!’” she laughed to British magazine Cosmopolitan.
