Jennifer Lopez was spotted out dining on seafood in The Hamptons while sporting ultra sexy garb.

The 45-year-old singer-and-actress is currently enjoying a break in The Hamptons.

And while having summer fun on Long Island, it’s claimed The Boy Next Door star made sure to sample some of the delicious local seafood at high-profile modern American restaurant Beautique in Southampton.

According to PageSix Jennifer was spotted donning “baby-doll shorts and pink heels” while munching on lobster and drinking rosé.

The sexy star has recently shared details about her diet.

Over the years, Jennifer has learned a balanced approach to eating keeps her in tip-top shape.

“I don’t deprive myself,” she told People magazine “But I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I always have healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables with me.

“We’re all human. I don’t think you should beat yourself up if you make a mistake or if you have a potato chip. Everyone wants a cookie or a piece of cake or fried chicken every once in while. It’s not about that. It’s about consistently and always trying to be better and trying to do good.”

Jennifer has been a professional dancer for decades.

But even though she is prone to using her body often, the star refuses to stress about sticking to a strict exercise regimen.

"I'm going to tell you the truth, I do take weeks off," she admitted in an interview with Extra previously. "Entire weeks off. I need time. My body needs to recuperate, especially if I'm doing that, getting ready for a video, dancing and everything."
