JLo: Surgery scares me
Jennifer Lopez insists people can look good by simply "eating healthy and working out".
The 44-year-old singer's youthful looks are the envy of women around the world, as is her toned physique.
Although many famous females have opted to go under the needle in order to maintain their appearance, Jennifer insists she has no plans to do the same.
"I'm terrified of anything like that," she revealed during an interview with Australian radio station 2dayFM. "[I have the] little by little [approach] – as opposed to letting it get away and pulling it back with a knife. I think you can do it with eating healthy things and working out."
Although she often works out and keeps active with her fast-paced dance routines in music videos, Jennifer welcomes an occasional day of indulging. In order to carry this off the star ensures she dresses accordingly.
"For sure, I have those days," she added about eating badly. "When you have those days, you dress for those days."
Jennifer - who has twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony - recently spoke about how she feels confident in her facade. Despite being naturally muscular, she doesn't let that stop her from exercising.
"It's funny because I've become so much more relaxed about how I look," she recently told the British edition of Marie Claire. "And I'm a bit spoiled. Don't get me wrong: I get that. I've got an athletic boy. I've worked out my entire life and I've been incredibly disciplined when I needed to be. But it's also hard to shed that old skin."
She works with trainer Tracy Anderson to keep in shape. Tracy has a star-studded clientele including Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie and she previously revealed the secrets to Jennifer's fantastic figure to HollywoodLife.com.
“We wanted to design a workout to keep her sexy butt toned!” Tracy explained.
“We change the workout every 10 workouts. That’s the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days."
