Brie Larson's and Julianne Moore's make-up artists reveal what was in their bags at Golden Globes.

Julianne Moore's handbag was full of blotting papers, a mascara wand and a L'Oréal lipstick at Sunday (10Jan16) night's Golden Globes.

Make-up artist Elaine Offers looked after Julianne's look for the big event, with the redhead rocking a glowing complexion, nude lips and bronze eye make-up. As a L'Oréal Paris Brand Ambassador Julianne made sure she stayed loyal to the cosmetics giant by wearing a shade from the company.

“I gave Julianne a few pieces of gum and little toothpicks," Elaine told The Hollywood Reporter. "I know she’s not going to eat but I say, ‘just take them anyways.’ I give her a clean mascara wand so she can brush her brows and she took her L’Oreal lipstick, of course. I folded up a couple blotting papers because she didn’t present until the end of the night.”

Julianne wore a blue sequined Tom Ford dress for the event, even taking Tom himself as her date. Designer Teodosia Lloyd, creative director at Teo Lloyd, thinks the 55-year-old got her outfit spot on.

“Like Kate Winslet's Ralph Lauren dress, this is another great use of the colour navy, this time with a beautiful shimmering fabric," Teodosia told Cover Media. "Julianne Moore works this glitzy number with ease, class and poise."

Golden Globe winner Brie Larson's make-up artist Rachel Goodwin also divulged what her client was carrying in her bag. "This is the Golden Globes, so there will be drinks going on," Rachel smiled to The Hollywood Reporter. "I left Brie with a Chanel Rouge Coco Stylo Complete Care Lipshine in Script, which is my new obsession. It’s a nice lipstick to wear to an event like this because you can talk and drink and it’s not high maintenance. I gave her some blotting papers, which I always do, and a couple of Q-tips.”

The US actress was victorious at the glitzy event, taking home the prize for best actress in a drama for Room. Her dress was a hit too, with the gold Calvin Klein Collection number matching the colour of her trophy perfectly.
