Kaley Cuoco cares about nutrition
Kaley Cuoco thinks people should give horseback riding a try to stay fit.
The blonde star has been working as an actress since childhood so has grown up on camera.
While she's always had a slender frame, Kaley now takes health and fitness much more seriously. This means shunning pizza and other junk foods, and only indulging on rare occasions.
“I’ve become a little bit more aware of what goes in my body.
“Alcohol bloats us,” she added to Us Weekly magazine.
As well as watching her diet, the 29-year-old is serious about exercise.
Loading up on lean protein before she works out, Kaley regularly heads to SoulCycle and yoga classes, and is also a big fan of horseback riding.
“It’s much more of a workout than people think,” she smiled.
Kaley's role as Penny in The Big Bang Theory has garnered her worldwide fame, and she's a regular on the red carpet.
She recently wowed at the 2014 People Magazine Awards in a black Camilla and Marc dress, which worked well with her edgy cropped hair. While she's confident in her own skin now, that hasn't always been the case.
“I had no boobs! And it really was the best thing ever!” Kaley recently told Redbook magazine of her breast enlargement at 18. “I always felt ill-proportioned. My implants made me feel more confident in my body. It wasn’t about trying to be a porn star or wanting to look hot and sexy.”
While she's always been open about surgery, Kaley recently had to deny she'd been under the knife again. Rumours swirled that she'd had a nose job after she had to undergo sinus surgery.
