Kanye 'makes Kim's dress rules'

Kanye West

Kanye West is reportedly advising Kim Kardashian on what to wear on their wedding day.

The rapper and reality star are set to get married in France this summer after he proposed last October.

As they plan the ceremony, Kanye is believed to have suggested some ideas for his future-wife's gown.

"Kanye has a lot of say when it comes to Kim's wardrobe, so he's suggested she looks into a few other Paris designers before making a final decision," a source told British magazine Look. "He would like to see her in something really groundbreaking to prove to the world that she's the queen of couture."

The couple recently enjoyed the sights of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, attending shows such as Stephane Rolland's. The label showed off beautiful white peplum gowns on the catwalk as Kim watched on in awe.

She was also spotted out with designer Azzedine Alaia during her visit to the city, sparking rumours she was discussing wedding outfits.

This will be Kim's third time walking down the aisle after tying the knot with Damon Thomas in 2000 and a 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries in 2011.

It was recently claimed Kanye has banned a Vera Wang gown for the special day as his fiancée wore one by the label for her nuptials with Kris.

"Kim wore Vera [Wang] when she married Kris Humphries, so Kanye has banned her designs," an insider told British magazine Grazia.

"Kim will have one formal, one party and an after-party dress. It is likely they'll be designed - with Kanye's help - by Valentino and Riccardo Tisci of Givenchy."
