Kate Hudson says Ann Taylor scarves make a great disguise.
The actress fronts the practical clothing brand's 2013 range and is also set to guest design a summer capsule collection with the label's creative director Lisa Axelson.
In a behind-the-scenes clip, the pretty blonde addressed what she likes about Ann Taylor and revealed the unusual reasoning behind her favourite accessory.
"Ann Taylor scarves make for a really great incognito when you're walking through the airport with a huge swollen wisdom tooth," she laughed on the clip for FabSugar.
This is not the first time Kate has been the face of the label.
The star appeared in brand's spring 2012 campaign and as she gets more involved, she enjoys watching the company grow.
"I've really watched the progression of Ann Taylor," she smiled.
"Lisa has started splashing in brighter colours and sharper lines and bolder prints, taking it out of the more monochromatic feeling that sometimes people have when they think of work clothes or when you're going out to buy the staple."
Along with her design collaboration, Kate is also serving as the brand's ambassador.
She is looking forward to furthering her involvement with Lisa and the company.
"Working with Ann Taylor has been a great creative experience, and there is a really wonderful connection," Kate said recently.
The Spring/Sumer 13 collection will be released early next month.
