Kelly Osbourne is "so excited" after partaking in promising discussions about her upcoming clothing line.

The 28-year-old TV presenter - who co-hosts the legendary E! Channel Fashion Police series - took to Twitter to gush about her exciting new style project.

Kelly can't wait to share her fashion line with fans, and confirmed the collection will be launching sooner rather than later.

"In the best mood ever! Just had a meeting about my clothing line! Fingers crossed it will launch next fall!!!! I'm so b***dy excited! (sic)," she exclaimed on the social networking site.

A host of Kelly's fans eagerly replied to the star's message, with one writing: "OMG!! THat is amazing!! I am so exited to wear your stuff!!

Another wrote: "Congrats on the clothing line. Well deserved! (sic)."

Kelly then explained that her range will feature plus-size clothes ranging from US sizes 0-18.

The outspoken star famously struggled with her weight, but has dropped several dress sizes and is in better shape than ever.

Last year, the star revealed she was shunned by designers because of her bigger frame.

"No one takes notice of a fat girl in fashion," she explained.

"That's the truth! It's sad. That's why I love women like Beth Ditto who are doing their own clothes. That's why when my line comes out I'll never make anything that won't be translated to plus-size as well. Because everyone deserves to wear fashion."
