Kelly Rowland discusses 'problem area'
Kelly Rowland has a "special workout" to tone up her "butt".
The singer has a strict routine to maintain her enviably slim physique.
However, Kelly says her rear is definitely the trickiest part of her body to keep in shape. She has to practice several different exercises to keep any excess weight at bay.
"I do sports. A bit of yoga, I go to the gym, do endurance and a special workout for my butt, my problem area," she said in an interview with the British edition of OK! magazine.
The 30-year-old says her rigorous exercise regime means that she doesn't have to diet.
The stunning star enjoys eating all of her favourite foods, with just one exception.
She claimed that eating desserts would seriously impact on her weight.
"I like to cook and eat almost anything besides sweets," she confessed. "If I ate chocolate and ice cream, I'd probably have to run a daily marathon to maintain my weight."
