Kelly Rowland plans fashion

Kelly Rowland creates "mood boards" with her stylists to come up with her latest looks.

The American songstress has been wowing with her glamorous aesthetic on TV talent show The X Factor.

Her hair stylist Charley McEwan claims a lot of thought goes into the process of making Kelly look fabulous.

"I'm constantly brainstorming ideas and creating mood boards with her stylists, Joel Dash and Mekel Bailey, and her make-up artist, Latasha Wright," he told more! magazine.

"Then we discuss them with the lady herself, who always has the final say. Kelly has a really good eye for style."

Despite Kelly's ever-changing style, Charley always relies on the same products to create her signature super-shiny locks. The beauty expert keeps a couple of bottles handy to maintain the gorgeous condition of Kelly's tresses.

"I use Moroccanoil and Redken to create that famous sheen," he revealed.

Charley insists there is no "typical" day styling Kelly. He loves making sure the star always looks her stunning self.

"No two days are the same," he explained. "Usually, I start very early and I don't finish until Kelly walks off the set to go home. My work's only done when she looks and feels outstanding."
