Kendall Jenner's Fashion Week diet
Kendall Jenner gets by on tea and apples during Fashion Week.
The 18-year-old reality TV star burst onto the high-end fashion scene when she walked for Marc Jacobs last season, and the Spring/Summer 15 shows have been non-stop for the gorgeous brunette.
She walked in New York and Milan Fashion Week, and yesterday she hit the catwalk for Balmain in Paris.
With her half-sister Kim Kardashian, brother-in-law Kanye West and mom Kris Jenner in the front row, Kendall showed off a bondage-style black bandeau dress that showed off a lot of skin. She also modelled a black minidress with long sleeves, cut-outs at the sides and leather detail on the skirt.
When asked the secret to her slim physique, the star revealed she relies on Kusmi Detox Tea.
"I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea," she shared with E! News. "I have like 12 cups a day."
When it comes to snacks, she swaps sweet treats for apples, vegetables and lean protein.
And of course plenty of exercise is also on the menu.
"I like running. I've been trying to get back into it," she revealed.
With all the runway shows and after-parties to attend, there seems to be little time for relaxing. However, Kendall claims getting enough shut-eye is the key to surviving catwalk season.
"My beauty secret for Fashion Week is just getting a good amount of sleep," she advised. "I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function."
