Kendall jumped for joy about Jacobs show
Kendall Jenner says that walking for Marc Jacobs was a dream come true.
The American TV star, who is the younger sister of Kim Kardashian, has been making waves in the fashion world thanks to her runway appearances during Fashion Week shows.
Last week she sashayed down the catwalk in New York for Marc Jacobs, drawing praise for her new high end look.
"When I found out [I'd be walking for Marc Jacobs], I was at my model agency so my agents were trying to play a trick on me and pretend that it wasn't happening. Then they told me and made such a big deal out of it so we were celebrating for at least five minutes. It was amazing," she gushed to British magazine Grazia.
"We were jumping around and were so excited because it's one of my biggest dreams to be able to walk for shows like that, so it was an awesome day."
After New York Fashion Week wrapped last week, Kendall flew straight to the UK to partake in the London leg of shows.
The stylish 18-year-old continued to wow crowds at yesterday's Giles Deacon presentation, where she was joined on the runway by A-list models Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn.
With her long hair teased across her face, she wore heavy blue eyeliner and a serious expression as she walked.
Crediting British stylist and fashion journalist Katie Grand for the Giles job, Kendall confessed that her recent modelling stints have left her "excited".
"It's thanks to Katie Grand. She's amazing. She's been a great person to be around and I really appreciate her supporting me. I also love her bunny, Clara!" Kendall laughed.
Another person the up-and-coming model describes as "amazing" is American Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who was sat next to Kendall at the Topshop Unique show over the weekend.
"She's amazing. Our flights both got diverted to Newcastle so we talked about that," Kendall divulged.
