Kendrick on glam LFW

Anna Kendrick feels surrounded by "glamour and history" when she hangs out in the UK's capital.

The Pitch Perfect star is currently filming in England and made time to sit front row at Temperley's show as part of London Fashion Week yesterday.

Perched next to stylish stars such as Paloma Faith and Peaches Geldof, Anna didn't look out of place.

However, she thinks the UK has a superior eye for trends.

"I always feel that sense of glamour and history in everything in London," she gushed to Grazia Daily.

"That might be my American personality projecting what I want to see in London fashion. I always appreciate the care and detail that goes into London fashion. I have a certain affection for London fashion."

The 28-year-old looked gorgeous in a cream tea dress with yellow flower detail and cinched in at the waist with a black belt.

Finished off with a green clutch and black court shoes, no one would have guessed her ensemble wasn't perfectly planned.

"This was a last minute replacement but that’s always the way. You love something and then they send one last thing and it fits perfectly and feels really great," she admitted.

"My Oscars dress was a last minute change so I feel like now it’s part of the course."

Over the weekend Anna also attended Julien Macdonald's show, this time in a black dress with sleek, straight hair.

The Twilight actress revealed what she enjoys most about sitting front row.

"Being able to observe an art form that I don’t know that much about, but it is such an instinctual thing or a visceral thing if you react to it or not. It’s like going to a museum but getting to sit still," she explained.
