Kerry Washington made for Movado

Kerry Washington can relate to the "quality and elegance" of watch brand Movado.

The 37-year-old actress began her role for the watch company in 2005 and has since sported some of the brand's designs during her role as Olivia Pope on hit TV show Scandal.

In one shot from Movado's fall campaign Kerry can be seen wearing all white perched on top of a giant silver wrist piece, smiling at the camera with a watch on her own wrist. Things only seem to be getting better with this collaboration and the star appreciates what the company stands for.

"I always thought of the brand as really classy and elegant, so I was really excited about the opportunity to work with them," Kerry told style.com. "It’s been an amazing almost-decade. It’s a brand that represents quality and elegance and intelligence, and I’m so grateful to be associated with the brand and their core qualities."

Kerry's career as an actress makes the job easy for her as she is used to embodying different looks on screen. She felt natural when getting dolled up for the camera and completely understood what was required.

"I think everybody brings something different to the table," she smiled, when asked if she offers something a model can't. "But I think anybody who is invested in the process understands that you’re telling a story about a product and a brand through images and aesthetics - clothes, hair, make-up, lighting, and colour, all of things that come into play when you’re working in theatre or in television."
