Khloé exercises rather than diets
Khloé Kardashian doesn't want to cut out food as she feels it's a "sociable" thing.
The 29-year-old reality star has battled with her weight over the years, but is now content with her weight.
Now at a UK size 10 Khloé is keen to remain happy and healthy throughout next year.
"I've been losing weight and I just want to stick to the healthy gym regime I've been following," she told British magazine Closer. "I'm not a big dieter, I love food, but that's life - you want to go to dinner and socialise."
Khloé's strict work-out routine keeps her busy every week. The brunette beauty enjoys the feeling she gets from exercise and believes it affects her entire mood.
"I've been working out about four or five days a week and I just want to keep that up. I think it's good for the mind, body and soul," she added.
She regularly posts photos from her session at the gym on Twitter.
With the help of personal trainer Gunnar Peterson Khloé gets a lot done and undertakes different activities for the maximum fitness result.
"I've been working out with Gunnar but I’ve been doing like a lot. I switch it up because I get really bored," she previously told okmagazine.com. "So I do either Pilates or I go to Equinox gym and I make sure I do cardio, if I don’t do anything. But I love Gunnar for my circuit training. I love to box. I’ve always boxed. I just love it. I’m good at it. I get the circuit really well."
