Khloé Kardashian

Khloé Kardashian is "proud" of herself for working out after a long day.

The reality TV star has been looking super-toned recently and has stunned in a variety of form-fitting dresses.

Khloé works hard to keep her curvaceous figure trim and after some time off, is enjoying getting back into regular workouts.

"Long day but I ended it at the gym!!! Proud of myself :) I feel the motivation coming back LOL after day 3 it will be a breeze. I know I can (sic)" she tweeted.

The stunning star appeared on her mom Kris Jenner's talk show earlier this month and looked great in a short black dress.

While she doesn't seem to have lost her figure, the 29-year-old yesterday admitted she was keen to start training more.

"Got2get myself motivated again in the gym. I've been slacking off. Maybe I should start that squat challenge again. It was hard but worth it (sic)," she wrote.

Khloé proceeded to post a picture to followers detailing an intense workout plan that slowly increases the number of squats to tone up the butt and thighs.

The fashionista has also been keeping busy with fashion ventures.

As well as teaming with dress store Lipsy to create a line alongside sisters Kourtney and Kim, Khloé updated fans about stylish events.

"Hey dolls!! I am so excited DASH LA is having another Trunk Show on Thursday, 7/25 at 7:30 pm! We are hosting Alice + Olivia with treats by Vanilla Bake Shop at our Melrose store location!! If you want to get on the guest list, just email RSVP@shopdashonline.com!! Hope you can come! XOXO (sic)" she posted on her blog.
