The reality TV star and her sisters Kim and Kourtney are known for their toned curves and sharing their elaborate training regimes on social media.

Particularly the youngest, Khloé, has been working very hard to keep in shape and flaunted her amazing physique on the cover of US Women's Health magazine earlier this year (15).

Her best pal Malika Haqq has now revealed that her siblings are in awe of her body.

"They all have very different body types and they have great envy for each other," she explained to Britain's Star magazine. "It's the cutest thing to see. Khloé has amazing legs! Her sisters are proud of her. Everyone just wants her to be happy."

Khloé is happy to share her gym tips on Twitter and Instagram and often posts pictures of herself before and after a workout. While Malika would like to join her friend, she says the reality star just goes too hard in training sessions.

"We do (go to the gym together), but not as often as I would like because she's a beast in the gym," she laughed. "I can't keep up with her!"

Khloé has worked hard to get her figure and recently looked back on some before and after shots in an Instagram post.

“Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realise at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then,” she wrote. “I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul.”
