Khloe Kardashian: 'I'm always dieting'

Khloe Kardashian thinks it's important to set realistic goals when changing your body.

Khloe Kardashian is on a diet most of the time.

The youngest Kardashian sister used to be overshadowed in the body department by her siblings Khloe and Kim, but after splitting from husband Lamar Odom in 2013 Khloe set about transforming her figure.

She now shows off her impressive efforts in countless Instagram snaps, but Khloe admits that while she continues to be strict with her food, she does indulge every now and again.

"I think people would be surprised to know that I do reward myself. Yes, I'm on a diet most of the time, but I don't deprive myself," she told Britain's Dare magazine. "I believe in giving your taste buds what they want in moderation."

Day-to-day though Khloe likes to keep it clean when it comes to her meal times. Her trainer Gunnar Peterson helped her find a nutritionist to advise the star on what she should be eating, and the 32-year-old quickly cut out soda and dairy from her diet. She's so used to her food regime now that she doesn't even see it as dieting.

Khloe has also overhauled her attitude to exercise and she's quick to remind people that the easiest way to see results is to set a goal.

"I always say you should set realistic goals because then you don't get discouraged," she shared. "Do something, and then set a new goal from there. I don't believe in a quick fix. I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. But hard work pays off - mind, body and soul. It's a lifestyle, especially when I still love to treat myself with my favourite foods - but that's the right balance."
