Khloe Kardashian: 'You don't need to show everything to look sexy'
Khloe Kardashian finds it easier dealing with life experiences now that she has a regular workout regime, because it makes her feel stronger in every way.
Khloe Kardashian doesn't think you have to wear a bikini to look sexy in swimwear.
The 32-year-old reality star is in the best shape of her life after shedding the pounds and working on her diet and exercise regime this year (16). But even though she looks incredible, Khloe isn't interested in showing off her figure in a two piece on the beach.
"I love one pieces and I think one pieces can be super sexy," Khloe said during an interview on British television programme Lorraine on Tuesday (28Jun16). "I don’t think you need to show everything for it to be sexy. And now one pieces are the high European (leg) cuts. I think they’re great and I feel really comfortable in them so for me I’m always a one piece girl.
"I think if you’ve got it, flaunt it. I wish I was one of those girls who would walk round in a bikini all the time but I just don’t feel comfortable."
Khloe has teamed up with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson to hone her slender physique. But she insists she didn't start exercising to lose weight, and that was just an added benefit of her workout sessions.
"For me, I would say the turtle wins the race. So for me it was a really slow process but again it wasn’t… I didn’t seek out to lose 20lbs in 20 days - that wasn’t my goal. It was more emotionally, I wanted to feel strong mentally. And once I started losing weight naturally was like, 'Ok, I'm going to get a trainer'. Then six months later I was like, 'Ok I’m going to get a nutritionist'.
"So once I started taking my health more seriously I started seeing definition in my arms - just muscles - and that motivated me more to keep working out. And even just dealing with life experiences, you just feel good mentally, physically, everything."
Khloe has listed her tips on how she became the "best version" of herself in new book Strong Looks Better Naked.
