Khloé's new found confidence

Khloé Kardashian thinks her sisters should avoid wearing make-up.

The 29-year-old reality TV star has older siblings Kourtney and Kim as well as younger half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Now she has found confidence in herself and her looks after working hard on her overall appearance, Khloé is keen to spread her feelings with those close to her.

"I'm big on uplifting others, especially my little sisters, by telling them they don't need to wear make-up and things because they're so beautiful," she told the latest edition of British magazine Cosmopolitan.

While people have criticised her figure in the past Khloé has learnt not to pay attention anymore. She accepts she and her siblings have distinct features which set them apart and has moved on from trying to match expectations.

"I've always been compared to Kourtney and Kim, which I'm fine with. I'm never going to be their size, I'm 5ft 10in and they're, like, 5ft. I was tough on myself as a teenager," she recalled.

"They were drop-dead gorgeous and never had weight issues, but I was the 'chubby' one."

Khloé is now happy with her hour-glass body and doesn't worry about what the scales tell her. However, she does makes sure to keep exercising and building her muscles to enhance her curves.

"I need Beyoncé abs! I don't weigh myself. I don't believe in numbers because I don't know how much I am 'supposed to weigh'. I like to have curves but I also like to be toned," she insisted.
