Kim Kardashian has revealed her New Year's Eve style rule is that you can "never overdose on sparkle".

The reality TV star shared a list of holiday gift suggestions on her official blog.

Kim explained she is prone to leaving her Christmas shopping to the last minute.

As well as compiling a gift list of suggested seasonal treats, Kim revealed her festive fashion advice is to go over the top with glitter.

"If you're like me and hate to leave your Christmas shopping to the last minute, here's some fab gifts - all under $100 - that you can get now and avoid the crazy Christmas shopping rush in the next couple of weeks," Kim helpfully revealed. "Our Kardashian Kollection black glitter clutch from Dorothy Perkins is the perfect clutch for New Year's Eve! You can't overdose on sparkle on NYE!! lol"

The curvy star hinted that a padded bra is a must for her to wear underneath a festive frock.

Kim highlighted the lingerie and a houndstooth scarf as two of her favourite items from the Kardashian Kollection.

The Kardashian sisters collaborated on their successful range of womenswear with American store Sears, which is where Kim's recommended gifts can be purchased.

"I love this bra from our Kardashian Kollection for Sears. With light push-up padding and detachable straps it's perfect for underneath your holiday dress," Kim confessed. "I love houndstooth in the winter months and this fab scarf is the perfect piece to keep you warm and stylish this season!"
