Kanye West launches his fourth Yeezy line during New York Fashion Week with speculation suggesting the line will feature kids' clothing only.

Kanye West will launch his fourth Yeezy line on Wednesday (07Sep16) amid much secrecy, but his wife Kim Kardashian has dropped some hints.

On Sunday (04Sep16), Kim released images on Snapchat, including a video of kid-sized sweatshirts emblazoned with the word 'Calabasas' - the area of Los Angeles that has long been home to the Kardashian clan - suggesting her husband's new collection could be all about the children.

The post came hours after singer Fergie thanked the rapper for the sneaker gift he sent her young son Axl for his recent birthday on Twitter.

"Look at how cute all this kids’ stuff is," Kim coos in the Snapchat video, teasing, "Kanye and I have an exciting project coming up soon!"

Speculation has been rife that Yeezy 4 will be a kids line following Kanye's tweet back in February (16), in which he revealed he was working on "only kid's (sic) clothing". Kim also uploaded a video of brand new Yeezy Boosts as worn by Kanye in recent days, with tiny kid versions alongside. The black-and-white knitted shoe upper features stripes and a side stripe with a painted effect similar to that which debuted at the Season 3 show at New York's Madison Square Garden. The silhouette of the shoe also appears edited from the first version of the 350 with a midsole that appears more curved.

"OK, I'm obsessed with the new 350s that Kanye’s been wearing, but I’m even more obsessed with the little ones they made for (daughter) North and (baby son) Saint," Kim enthuses, also sharing images of Yeezy crepe-sole boots in adult and junior sizes, adding, "Wait, but how cute is this? Just for the fashion show, they made North matching boots to match her daddy."

Meanwhile, Kanye is back in the headlines for all the wrong reasons after sparking controversy with a tweet on Sunday (04Sept16) inviting "multiracial women only" to apply to be part of his new fashion show.
