Knightley recycles dress
Keira Knightley recycled her prom dress at SeriousFun Children's Network London Gala last night.
The British beauty arrived at charity SeriousFun Children's Network London Gala at the city's Roundhouse in her off-white Chanel Couture piece.
Keira, 28, wore this vintage dress for her wedding to The Klaxons musician James Righton after first showing it off at a pre-BAFTA party in 2008.
However this time round she added a sheer overlay with intricate beading to give it a cute finish.
Across the waters that night American actress Christina Ricci also dressed up for a charitable event. The brunette star wore a striking gown to the 9th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball in New York, which featured a black, brown and silver ruffled bodice and leopard print sheer skirt.
To complete the look Christina wore maroon-coloured lipstick and bronze shimmering eyeshadow.
Katy Perry was appointed the philanthropic organisation's newest Goodwill Ambassador earlier in the day and chose a festive outfit for the event. Keeping in theme with the Snowflake title she wore a red velvet drawstring halter-neck Naeem Khan fall 2013 gown. Attached was a floor-length tapestry gold embroidered cape, which gave a Christmas feel to the ensemble.
With her dark hair curled Katy made sure to match her lips and nails to the deep tone of her outfit.
Elsewhere in the Big Apple Julianna Margulies was posing on the red carpet of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation's Global Impact Award Gala Dinner. The Good Wife actress looked classy in a black and white Pamella Roland dress featuring a crossed bodice and black beaded waistband.
