Kourtney ‘aims for most-toned Kardashian’

Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian is said to be “thrilled” her workouts have paid off.

The 35-year-old star was spotted showing off her svelte figure during a holiday in Mexico earlier this year, where she rocked a small blue bikini. Insiders have revealed Kourtney is working harder than ever to firm up her curves and is determined to stand out from her siblings Kim and Khloé.

“Kourtney joked that she’ll be the most toned of the Kardashian sisters and has been working hard on her body for six weeks. She’s thrilled it’s paying off. She’s been exercising four times a week to get her figure in the best possible shape,” an insider told British magazine Closer.

Kourtney has daughter Penelope, 21 months, and son Mason, four, with boyfriend Scott Disick. The brunette beauty has reportedly felt insecure about certain parts of her body since becoming a mom for the second time and is targeting them with specifics workouts.

“Kourtney wasn’t happy with her tummy area and felt it wasn’t the same after having Penelope so she’s been focusing on that with core exercises,” the source added. “She’s also been concentrating on making her bum pert too, with lots of squats and working on her glutes.”

Kim too has been undertaking vigorous exercises and dieting since welcoming her first child with fiancé Kanye West, daughter North, in June last year. Khloé is also looking trimmer than she used to and it’s thought her sisters’ transformations inspired Kourtney to tone up.

“Kourtney has seen how hard her sisters were working and she didn’t want to be left behind – she wanted a flatter tummy and a more pert bum. She has a new show with Khloé and Kim coming up so she wants to look great and her efforts are paying off,” the insider concluded.
