Kourtney K ‘loses 20lbs on heartbreak diet’
Kourtney Kardashian seems to have taken on High Intensity Interval Training to keep in shape after splitting from Scott Disick.
The 36-year-old reality star has been showing off her svelte physique in sexy outfits while out and about in Los Angeles over the past week or so.
And celebrity trainer Aaron Guy thinks Kourtney has gone all out to remind Scott, who famously body shamed her after she gave birth to their three children, just what a good thing he’s lost.
"In my professional opinion Kourtney looks like she has shed about 15-20lbs of body fat, toned up incredibly and looks awesome,” Aaron, who hasn’t worked with Kourtney, told Radar Online.
“I would say that her recent breakup with Scott could have been motivation to start doing some serious cardio consisting of High Intensity Interval Training alongside resistance exercises to add toned muscle and boost her metabolism.
“Cutting sugar and simple carbs from her diet more than likely boosted her weight loss as well. People tend to respond well to healthy carb modifications to their diets quite quickly."
Kourtney has been posting selfies from her workout sessions to her Instagram page recently.
Last week, she posed up with sister Khloé as the pair admitted their exercise class was so intense it had nearly caused them to vomit.
And on Tuesday, the star drew attention to her slim frame in an all-black ensemble as she stood alongside three female friends, captioning the shot: “Workout mommies”.
Kourtney also posted a video to Instagram in which she is seen showing off her incredible post-baby body in a red swimsuit as she jokes around with son Mason.
