Kourtney Kardashian apparently has "no body fat".

The reality TV star only gave birth to her second child, Penelope, in July but seems to have bounced back to her svelte pre-pregnancy figure.

Already mother to three-year-old Mason, the 33-year-old beauty has managed to slim down and fit back into her beloved peplum dresses.

"Kourtney is wearing sample sizes again, so she's a size 2," a source revealed to US magazine Life & Style. "Her figure is amazing!"

"Kourtney really has no fat on her body. She looks great!" a friend added.

According to the publication, Kourtney achieved her enviable look thanks to workouts that include lunges and jogging.

The fashionista and her curvy sister Kim also enjoy rigorous Tracy Anderson Method exercises.

Kourtney, who is in a relationship with the father of her two children Scott Disick, has spoken in the past about the weight she gained while pregnant with Penelope.

"I gained nearly 45 pounds," she previously admitted to Us Weekly. "I'm 5 feet tall, so that's a lot!"

The brunette is also no stranger to cravings during and after pregnancy.

However, the mother-of-two admitted she had less trouble with snacking the second time around.

"When I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy," she explained. "After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven't done that this time."
