Lady Gaga shows off scent
Lady Gaga has shared a campaign photo for her upcoming perfume Eau de Gaga.
The 28-year-old singer announced the news of Eau de Gaga on her Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, revealing it will be released in the fall.
She will be working with licensee Coty and Gaga’s Haus Laboratories on the scent, which WWD reports features woody-floral-citrus notes built around a heart of white violet and containing hints of leather and lime. It was created with the help of Ursula Wandel, of Swiss perfume manufacturer Givaudan.
Gaga has also shared the campaign photo for the product. Described as a perfume for "the adventurous woman and the man who loves her," the star is seen wearing a glamorous gold low-cut gown with a waist-high slit. She is kneeling on the floor, while her blonde hair flows down and topless men surround her.
The bottle for Eau de Gaga is rectangular and black with a simple black cap top.
Gaga has been hinting at the product over the last week and posted another sultry snap from the campaign a couple of days ago. In the black and white photo the musician is wearing the same dress but is stretched out over the men rather than upright, showing off a tattoo on her left thigh.
"EAU DE GAGA coming soon. Photo by Steven Klein," she captioned the shot on her Instagram.
Fans were quick to share their excitement.
"Omg can't wait for buy this perfum I want know how smells (sic)" user charlie_mcqueen wrote.
This follows on from Gaga's 2012 debut scent Fame, which is also in a black bottle but features a gold cap.
