Lily Collins' signature style

Lily Collins likes to mix high-end and high street clothes to get the perfect outfit.

The raven-haired actress was born in England and is the daughter of rock legend Phil Collins. Even though she moved Stateside at the age of five, Lily is still a big fan of all things British - especially the designers.

"I’m 25 right now and I’ve just entered into this very experimental stage whether it be with my make-up, hair, wardrobe and I’m experimenting with my personality and what works for me... I’ve always been a huge admirer and lover of Alexander McQueen, Alexander Wang. I love so many British designers like Stella McCartney," Lily gushed to the Australian edition of Vogue.

Since making her name as a film star Lily can often be seen on the red carpet at premieres, award shows and showbiz parties. With her dark hair and porcelain skin Lily always looks striking and she has her pick of top designers to dress her.

"I love mixing in Chanel and Saint Laurent is so edgy and different for me," she explained.

Proving she's a regular on the high street too, Lily also likes to add pieces from Topshop and Zara into her wardrobe.

"Even mixing in Band of Outsiders, really comfy sweaters, men’s shirts with leather pants. I’m all about layering and trying new things. It just depends on the mood that I’m in... And that’s not to say I don’t mix in Topshop and Zara. I love mixing in high street stuff and vintage. I rarely, rarely, unless it’s a big red carpet, wear all one designer," she added.
