Elizabeth Hurley manages to stay slim without the help of diets or workouts.
The model-and-actress always looks fabulous on the red carpet and recently attended an advertising launch in London, looking slim in a green halterneck dress.
At 48 she still looks amazing and Elizabeth says it’s thanks to a healthy diet.
“I always try to eat as healthily as I can and very rarely eat junk and processed food,” she explained to the British edition of OK! magazine.
“I eat quite a lot as I’m always hungry, but I believe that as long as you’re eating lots of protein and vegetables, you can indeed eat plenty.
“If I’m having a snack, I’ll eat slices of ham or chicken rather than biscuits or toast… I don’t have any packets or precooked food in the house – apart from fish fingers for emergencies. I’m not an exciting or innovative cook, but I can do the basics.”
Elizabeth’s good looks have earned her campaigns with companies such as Estée Lauder.
The star isn’t obsessed with the gym however and doesn’t work out much to keep in shape.
“I don’t really do any exercise per se, but I’m very active,” she admitted.
“I go for long walks in the country with the dogs whenever I’m there and very rarely sit down for long. I don’t watch TV and can’t remember the last time I had a lie in.”
