Marianne Faithfull has an "untouchable beauty", according to photographer Terry O'Neill.
Terry O'Neill has shot candid snaps of stars including the late Amy Winehouse, Audrey Hepburn and Sir Mick Jagger.
British singer Marianne will always have a special place in the photographer's heart.
"Andrew Loog Oldham [The Rolling Stones' then manager] said, 'I've got this girl, but she's not sexy,'" he recalled to British magazine Grazia.
"So I put her in this corset. It didn't make her sexier, bit she had this untouchable beauty. She was a great girl."
In the picture, the now 66-year-old poses in raunchy lingerie as she plays with a lock of her hair.
Terry also met troubled singer Amy, shooting a black and white portrait of the star.
"Amy was at a clinic [recovering from drug addiction], but played for Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday," he explained.
"I begged her to let me shoot her. I did one frame and then she went back to the clinic."
Terry's shot of Mick features the rocker in a hairnet, smoking a cigarette.
He explained how the candid picture came about.
"It was the second time I shot The Stones. I went into their dressing room and he had this thing on his head. I couldn't believe it!" he smiled.
"He went, 'No, don't shoot!' Of course, now he loves it."
