Mel C reveals diet weakness
Mel C finds it hard to resist a dessert or a roast dinner.
The former Spice Girl was known as Sporty Spice during her time in the band and is famed for her fitness and svelte physique.
While the singer understands the importance of healthy eating, there are certain treats she just can't resist.
"Even though I'm pretty health conscious, I'm not fanatical about it," she assured British magazine Star.
"I do have my days off, usually at the weekends, but when I exercise more, I crave more healthy food. Crisps and a roast dinner with stodgy pud are my weaknesses."
As well as eating healthily, Mel can often be found in the gym.
Unlike many others who have to drag themselves there, the star enjoys a workout.
"I truly live up to my Sporty nickname!" she giggled.
"I'm one of those freaks who really enjoys exercise, so I try to squeeze it in three to five times a week - either strength work in the gym or yoga."
The 39-year-old is mother to four-year-old Scarlet.
Mel feels more refreshed after a good night's sleep, but admits it's not easy with a little one around.
"It's important to get enough sleep, although that is hard as a mom," she confessed.
"I also don't drink too much alcohol. If you combine that with a decent does of exercise, eating a good diet with a bit of the naughty stuff too, then you're on the right track."
