Michelle Williams sports a sultry make-up look as the face of Louis Vuitton.

The My Week With Marilyn actress is known for her striking blonde hair and gorgeous looks.

It seems the French fashion house agrees, as they have signed the star up for a campaign to promote two new handbags.

WWD have an image of the 32-year-old, who can be seen leaning on a brown leather bag with black detail.

The star looks stunning, with her platinum crop slightly tousled and much darker make-up than usual.

Michelle often keeps things natural on the red carpet, but in the shot she has deep berry-red lips and defined brows that really set off her slick of black eyeliner.

The new bags she is promoting are the W and the Capucines and the campaign is set to break in Marie Claire France, which is due out on August 2.

This will be followed by several September and October issues of magazines worldwide.

Photographer Peter Lindbergh was responsible for the shots, with Sam McKnight styling the hair and Stéphane Marais behind the make-up.

In the pictures, Michelle wears looks from the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 13 collection.

The actress has a longstanding history with the luxury brand and wore one of its red ruffled gowns to the 2012 Oscars.

It marked the year she was nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of Marilyn Monroe.
