Miley Cyrus' Pilates instructor Mari Winsor has revealed the star's workout secrets.
The 20-year-old star has been showing off her physique in an array of revealing outfits recently while promoting her new album Bangerz.
Mari Winsor, who Miley has been training with over the last year, credits her vigorous classes for giving her limbs that perfect finish.
"I gave her those legs," Mari told People magazine. "She's always going to have those long gorgeous legs. We just toned and firmed in all the right places."
Miley has installed a personal studio in her house after she noticed she was followed by paparazzi to her Pilates sessions. Mari credits the actress-and-singer for wanting to keep fit and continued to explain some of the moves they do during their workouts.
"She wants to be healthy, she wants to have good abs. It always makes her feel better and clearer when she works out," Mari explained. "When we work out we don't just do a couple of moves. It's at least a half an hour of working out... You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can."
They perform the sidekick series and Cadillacs, which tones legs and bottoms, and a lot of ab exercises during their sessions. Mari insists this method of exercise is successful for toning and doesn't believe the regular routines are enough.
"Just doing 40 crunches a day isn't gonna do it for you," she advised. "Doesn't every woman like to shake their booty a little bit? C'mon! It feels good to shake that sh*t loose a little bit."
