Miss Piggy 'a diva' about shoes

Miss Piggy is "such a diva" when it comes to her styling, says Brian Atwood.

The footwear designer created heels for a recent fashion magazine spread for the Muppets star. Brian says Miss Piggy had a clear vision of what she hoped to look like beforehand, and she made sure he knew too.

"Oh my god. Such a diva. Her handlers Before I even started the first sketch, I had a list of what she likes, photographs of her feet in certain shoes I'm serious," he exclaimed in an interview with Fashionista.

"Literally, we had a whole sheet - two pages - of what she likes, what her feet look like she doesn't like closed toe because her feet look chunky they hang over the pump she prefers strappy with adjustments It's true. Yeah, she was a diva, but it was definitely worth the shot."

Brian says Miss Piggy won't be keeping the heels. She is expected to send them back soon.

"She is returning the shoes. That's what I asked. I said, 'You have to return the shoes,' they will. I think they're doing a little tour with some Today show or something, but I'm getting those shoes back," he confirmed.

Kristen Stewart is also a huge fan of Brian's platform creations. She recently donned a pair of his Marcella heels to her Hollywood Walk of Fame handprint ceremony.

The brunette beauty was photographed swapping the heels for a pair of sneakers.

Brian explained she didn't want to mark his expensive shoes.

"She had to take them off. She didn't want to ruin them, because they were velvet. No, no, no. Not at all," he explained, when asked if Kirsten found them uncomfortable. "She didn't want to ruin the velvet. I thought she would have gone barefoot, but I guess they had to be in shoes. She didn't want to put cement feet [in the heels]."
