Naomi Watts for Tommy Hilfiger
Naomi Watts is the newest global ambassador for a charity bag by Tommy Hilfiger, which benefits Breast Health International.
The Australian beauty has been named as global ambassador for the label's limited edition accesory for Breast Health International.
She joins fellow A-listers Renée Zellweger, Carla Bruni, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer in the role, which marks the eighth annual initiative to benefit BHI's Fund for Living.
"The Fund for Living takes care of people and their very specific needs,” Naomi explained to WWD. "Those people that need extra help - like taking care of their children, getting to the doctors, the little details. Can you imagine having to deal with that level of crisis and then trying to maintain a life if you’ve got children? This just helps with managing things, having that extra support.”
Naomi has shot a campaign for Tommy Hilfiger, where she can be seen standing in front of a large window in her own LA home looking out to a luscious green garden. Wearing a blue knitted roll neck jumper and black trousers, the blonde star looks cosy with the limited edition bag slung over one shoulder.
The bag is navy-blue pebbled leather with caramel accents and gold hardware. It features a detachable strap and a red, white and blue tassel key chain for a real hint of the brand.
“It’s a really functional bag. You can use it for work, and you can use it for going out. I hate having to change my bag," Naomi confessed.
Shot by Patrick Demarchelier, 45-year-old Naomi's blonde hair is loosely tied back and her make-up is kept natural.
The bag carries a price tag of $299, with $100 from each one sold benefiting BHI’s Fund for Living program. It will be available on tommy.com on September 25 and lands in select Tommy Hilfiger stores globally starting from October 1.
