Olivia Palermo launched her fashion blog on Friday with advice on how to "rock" leather shorts.
The 25-year-old star rose to prominence on reality show The City, soon making waves in the industry as a global fashion icon.
The stunning star has capitalised on her new found popularity by launching a blog to document her fashion finds and top style tips.
Olivia's blog went live at the beginning of the weekend, with one of the first posts advising readers on "how to rock leather shorts".
Olivia told her fashion-hungry fans how best to wear the edgy bottoms.
"Leather apparel inevitably brings to mind the nitty gritty of biker chic," she wrote.
"Add an element of surprise to an outfit by adding tailored feminine pieces like a gauzy button-down or a ruffled blouse. Top it off with a neat and structured blazer to keep the look streamlined and sleek."
The content on the site is overseen by Olivia herself, who will write two to three pieces a week. There is a team of fifteen writers - including American Elle's Senior Accessories Editor Kyle Anderson - who will also input into the blog.
On her opening page, Olivia addressed her fashionista fans. The socialite hoped they would appreciate her top style tips.
"Focusing on the details, my editorial staff will take you on the task of turning jeans and a tee into a red carpet worthy look on a daily basis. In this digital age where information - and fashion - moves faster each season, I hope that you will continue on this journey with me," she wrote.
Olivia will be including Fashion Week news into the blog too. The stunning star previously gushed about her team of capable writers who are more than equipped to handle an array of stories.
"I'll be doing some posts and I have a wonderful team of writers that I'm working with. They're definitely going to be touching on a little bit of Fashion Week here in New York and overseas as well," she explained.
"It's going to be more focused on my influences throughout my travels and also a little bit of beauty and fashion pictures [of items] that you can buy now. It has a little bit of everything. But I do love fashion and I have a great appreciation for it so to be able to share some style tips is always cool."
