Olivia Wilde: I need gym motivation

Olivia Wilde needs to be "abused" into doing exercise.

The 30-year-old is in amazing shape, despite having given birth to her son Otis with fiancé Jason Sudeikis less than two months ago.

It might look like staying fit comes naturally to the actress, but Olivia admits it takes some serious motivation to get her going.

"I don't like the gym but I do enjoy dance classes," she revealed to the latest edition of British InStyle magazine.

"If I go to the gym I almost don't trust myself to do a hard enough work out, so going to a class and knowing I'll be abused into doing it is great.

"I also discovered Pilates when I got pregnant, as people kept saying it's a great way to stay in shape, and now I can't get enough - it's amazing. It helps with aches and pain and, even for non-pregnant people, it's a great way of getting those lean muscles."

Olivia has had some great movie roles in the past, such as starring alongside Chris Hemsworth in Formula One film Rush. For the part, the brunette had to sport lighter locks, which didn't go down well with her.

"My blonde stage," she answered when asked about beauty faux pas. "I had to dye my hair bright blonde for movie Rush, which was really fun, but it's basically like having a big highlighter on your head.

"I definitely got more attention, but I don't think it really worked with my skin tone. I still like to keep a bit of blonde on the ends, though."
