Paris Hilton: I've ditched junk food
Paris Hilton has slimmed down since swapping cheeseburgers for turkey burgers.
The hotel heiress is known for her slim frame, which she's recently been showing off in an assortment of bikinis in Malibu.
And now she's toned up even more by resisting the temptations of greasy food.
"I lost about 5lbs. just from staying away from the Drive-Thrus," Paris revealed to MailOnline. "I can feel the difference, especially when I'm in a bathing suit.
"I used to eat that way, but I decided to change things this year. Now I don't do that. There are times when I will stop at a Carl's Jr., but I will maybe get a turkey burger or something healthier instead of a cheeseburger and fries. I am more careful now."
Paris, 33, also revealed that she enjoys smoothies and juices. She enjoys the drinks because they provide her with vitamins and energy.
While she might be keen to stay in shape, she would never resort to hours on the treadmill.
"I have never been a gym person, it's not me," she shrugged.
"I don't think people expect to hear this, but I grew up a tomboy. I would always play ice hockey, go skiing when I could. I would surf, ride bikes, swim. I love to work out outside. I have always been very active."
Paris does love one type of exercise equipment, though: Pilates machines. She would always pick them over practising the mat variety, as it just "works" for her.
