Paris Hilton relies on her mother’s advice to stay young and beautiful.

Having grown up in an affluent community, it is assumed by many the gorgeous 34-year-old hotel heiress has had plastic surgery.

But contrary to popular belief, Paris claims she is all natural.

“I’ve never done any [plastic surgery] in my life,” she told New You magazine. “People love making things up.”

In fact, Paris has even attempted to convince beauty experts of her need for cosmetic enhancements in the past.

But the blonde’s inquiries as to whether to modify her body fell on deaf ears.

“I even asked my dermatologist if I should do [Botox], and he’s like ‘I refuse to do it to you … your skin is so perfect. I will not do it to you until you need it, and I don’t know if you ever will’,” she recalled. “I have nothing against it; all my friends have done everything — boobs, nose, chin, cheeks. I live in Hollywood, so I’m used to seeing it. It’s just that I’ve never wanted to do it.”

Paris claims her mother Kathy Hilton, 56, gave great advice on how to maintain ageless beauty.

The star, who is also a DJ, believes her mum’s wisdom is what keeps her looking good.

“I am very lucky that I listened to my mum through my young age,” Paris detailed. “She told me to stay away from the sun, so my friends would be frying in the sun every day and now they all look much older and all have Botox.”
